What does the mixing tank level sensor error mean?
This error appears when there is a loss or interruption of the level sensor signal, accompanied by an error beep and LED 1 solid red with LEDs 2 and 3 solid red⚪🔴🔴🔴. In this case, the Geyser enters a safety lock mode but continues to operate. The notification resets automatically once the issue is resolved.
Possible causes: the mixing tank level sensor may be disconnected or faulty. The Geyser locks because it cannot correctly perform filling checks and calculations. If the problem persists, contact your dealer to replace the sensor.
