BASIC warranty (Free)
This service offers you a further 12-month period (1 year) warranty for your product - free of charge. Register now and work 36 months without worries.
These additional 12 months are in addition to the normal 24-month period foreseen by law, reaching a total coverage of 36 months (3 years). This warranty extension is valid only for products purchased in Italy, Spain and Austria, and only for selected Stocker products. Register your product free of charge on this portal by and no later than 30 days from the purchase date to extend the warranty of your product.
PRO warranty
This service offers the possibility of purchasing a warranty extension of 60 months (5 years). Choose this solution if you have already purchased a Stocker Warranty Card or if you want to buy a warranty extension now.
These additional 36 months are in addition to the normal 24-month period foreseen by law, reaching a total coverage of 60 months (5 years). This warranty extension is valid only for products purchased in Italy, Spain and Austria, and only for selected Stocker products. Register your product free of charge on this portal by and no later than 30 days from the purchase date and, if you have not already purchased the extended warranty from a retailer, complete your online purchase using your chosen payment method.
