What to do if the 5L product tank runs out during treatment preparation?
If the product tank runs out during the treatment preparation phase, the Geyser Pro will continue by running cycles with only water, without completing the desired treatment. In this case, a “Product Run Out Error” notification will appear on the WebApp, and the side panel of the Geyser Pro will display the following LED signals:
🔴🔴🔴🔴 LED 1 Solid Red and LEDs 2-3-4 Flashing Red: general error with the product tanks.
⚪🔴🔴🔴 LED 1 Solid Red and LEDs 2-3 Flashing Red: liquid in Product Tank 1 is empty.
🔴⚪🔴🔴 LED 1 Solid Red and LEDs 2-4 Flashing Red: liquid in Product Tank 2 is empty.
Proceed by refilling the tanks with the specific products to ensure the nebulizer functions correctly and completes the desired treatment.
