How can I receive support?
To receive real-time assistance and benefit from complete service and greater safety, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the WebApp.
2. Go to the “Other” section.
3. Click on “Support.”
4. Enter the VAT number of the retailer where you purchased your Geyser (you can find the VAT number on your purchase receipt).
5. From that moment, the retailer will be able to view your Geyser and provide the necessary support when needed.

Le Content Card sono i biglietti dei corsi che puoi trovare e acquistare direttamente nei negozi e nelle rivendite agrarie. Ciascuna Card ha un codice da riportare nel riquadro sottostante per confermare la tua iscrizone al corso, dopo averlo già acquistato in negozio.
